Showreel - Unity + FMOD
This showreel was created as part of an exam during my studies in sound implementation at the XSSR Academy. It showcases my ability to create mechanics in Unity and audio systems with Fmod.
To build the level, I used the village map and added a Player Character with NPC. I also designed and implemented all sound effects and music for the level.
To create a background atmosphere, I sourced content from large libraries and used multiple layers to achieve a complete holistic atmosphere. For sound effects and foley, I used library sounds in addition to recorded foley.
All the sounds were prepared in Steinberg Nuendo.
All of the sounds were combined to create an atmosphere of a Viking village. For example, I added the sound of wolves to the background to highlight the presence of a wild forest nearby. I also used particular folk instruments such as the lyre and skin-headed drums to increase the player's immersive experience.
Overall, I received excellent scores for this project, and I am proud to showcase my skills in sound implementation.
